You can place a hold on library items through our online catalogue. There are a couple of options to pick them up.
When and where can I pick up my holds?
Once you are notified that your hold is ready, you may pick up your item(s) during our regular library opening hours at the back exterior holds pick up window (ring white bell for service) or inside the library building.
Can I send someone else to pick it up?
Yes! You can send someone else to pick up holds for you, but remember, you are responsible for all items that are checked out with your library card.
Which items can I put on hold?
You can place holds on any items from our collections, including:
- Books in all formats
- DVDs and Blu-Rays
- Audiobooks on CD
