What is book club fulfillment?
This service helps you get the books your club wants to read! We locate the titles you request and bring them in through interlibrary loan before your meeting.
Register Your book Club
Your club needs a name and a main contact person. You can print the registration form or pick up a copy at the library.

Submit the completed form via email or by dropping it off at the library.
Information Needed from Your Club
When requesting books via our form, accurately provide the following:
- Book title
- Author
- Your book club name
- Library card numbers for each participating member
- Any special requests (e.g., large print or audiobook)
Requests need to be submitted at least two months in advance. You can make requests up to 12 months ahead.
Requesting Books
You can request most book titles, but they must be at least 12 months old, as public libraries don’t loan new items through interlibrary loan.
Service Limitations
- Limit of 10 copies per title request
- Each book club can request up to 5 titles per calendar year
- Interlibrary loans cannot be renewed.
